Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment
The Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment (OASH) is the lead unit of UP Diliman tasked to implement the University’s Anti-Sexual Harassment Code. It is directly under the Office of the Chancellor and serves as the focal point for prevention, education, case management, and support services related to sexual harassment.
OASH handles both informal and formal complaints, coordinates with the Anti-Sexual Harassment Council, and provides necessary support to complainants and respondents. It also conducts advocacy, training, and wellness programs to ensure that UP Diliman remains a gender-fair, safe, and enabling learning and working environment for all members of the community.
Services
- Receiving and processing informal and formal complaints of sexual harassment
- Providing counseling, mediation, and referral to appropriate offices
- Offering support services such as legal, medical, and psychosocial assistance
- Conducting gender sensitivity orientations and anti-sexual harassment trainings
- Coordinating with the UP Diliman Anti-Sexual Harassment Council and Hearing Committees
