The UP Health Service (UPHS)
The UP Health Service (UPHS) is a primary health care facility within UP Diliman.
MHPSS-related services:
Medical Check-ups: Face-to-face consultations are done at the outpatient clinic from Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM. However, there is currently no psychiatrist available for consultation.
Telemedicine Outpatient Consultations: UPHS provides telemedicine outpatient consultations to all UP-mandated clientele. In line with national efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19 and to uphold proper safety precautions, all outpatient medical concerns will be coursed through our telemedicine services.
Book your next appointment with any of our UPHS family physicians by registering at uphs.appointlet.com. If online services are not available, you may call 8981-8500 local 2702. All telemedicine consultations are by appointment basis only. Our physicians will be corresponding with you through voice call, Viber, or Google Meet platforms once an appointment schedule has been set and confirmed by our UPHS team.
Emergency Services: Emergency Services UPHS is open 24 hours daily for emergency situations.
